Led the transformation of automated infrastructure, implementing infrastructure-as-code (IaC) practices, rigorous monitoring, and optimising CI/CD pipelines for enhanced efficiency.

• Reliability transformation: Took the platform from frequent outages to 99.95% uptime.

• Infrastructure as code migration: Migrated the existing manual deploys to Terraform IaC, successfully integrating development teams into the infrastructure management process.

• Container orchestration: Successfully migrated to the Nomad orchestrator, enhancing scalability, resource utilisation, and deployment efficiency.

• Monitoring excellence: Defined and implemented comprehensive monitoring solutions, including metrics, alarms, application performance monitoring (APM), and proactive processes to ensure system reliability.

• CI/CD standardisation: Developed a unified Jenkins pipeline for all microservices and jobs, streamlining the CI process and ensuring consistency across the platform.
